Joanna, massive thank you to our host for saving our trip! Our previous Airbnb had an emergency water leak, forcing us to find a new place to stay immediately. The host responded right away and went above and beyond to accommodate our urgent check-in. The space was spotless, cozy, and provided much-needed peace of mind. We couldn't be more grateful for their kindness and efficiency.

Great location and comfortable beds. We especially liked the newly remodeled pool and Obies restaurant which had walk up lunch and drinks that we could easily grab while lounging at the beach.

Beautiful place to stay and located in a beautiful neighborhood. Our group liked that there were plenty of coffee, shops and restaurants in walkable distance. I gave a five star rating and I meant it, but I would say if you have a larger group and plan to use all of the bedrooms, in the summer months, the rooms upstairs may be a little warm for some people‘s liking, however, there are plenty of bedrooms and beds and they are all gorgeous!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and even nicer than the photos. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear check-in instructions and little extras that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything we wanted to explore. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of the entire time, and we can’t wait to book again on our next trip. Highly recommend!

DuPont Circle is a great, central DC neighborhood, great for exploring the more “neighborhood” spots like DuPont, 17th, U street, 14th street, etc, and still walkable /close to some key historical DC sites. For a large family or reunion, it is a great, great house. Far better than being in 2-4 (or more!) hotel rooms. Everything you need, very comfortable, old DC charm with modern fixtures. Joanna is responsive and caring. She cares about your stay! Highly recommended

Is there a 10 star option? Not sure which part was best - FABULOUS location, PERFECT host, IMMACULATE and INCREDIBLY WELL STOCKED apartment. The balcony view of the ocean for sunrise and late afternoon hors d’ouevres is worth the trip. Beach and pool are literally a few steps away and so is everything else you might want to do. Our host Joanna prepped us well, checked in after we arrived and made sure everything was perfect. And it was. We used the Murphy beds which was great for our 3-person visit. Highly recommend the stay!

Beautiful place, amazing location. Quiet retreat in the middle of everything beach~ Rehoboth. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The other guests and owners in the condos were polite and friendly ~ incredibly welcoming and helpful. We will be back!!!

Nice buffer location from the downtown mayhem. Uber accessible, and parking Across the street is convenient. Hard to judge value given we were there on the 250th Fourth of July and all prices were inflated. I would stay here again for sure if the price is competitive. Good value! Among the top locations I’ve stayed.

Best location! In the heart of everything and right on the beach. We loved the condo. Highly recommend!

Pictures look just like the actual place

House was beautiful and in a great location. Everything was clean and my group felt right at home. Joanna was a great communicator and a great host would definitely love to stay again next time in the area.

Beautiful home in a great location! Walking distance to White House, museums, and plenty of great restaurants. We stayed with our 4 kids and had plenty of space and the home had everything we needed. Joanna was great and extremely responsive. She really went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely be staying at Joanna’s beautiful home next time we’re in DC!

Overall great stay. We had a large family group including a baby and everything is just as described on the Airbnb page. The coffee and snacks were a nice touch as well, I appreciated them! I’d go back.
