We understand that plans can change. The following cancellation policy applies to all direct reservations made through RedHill Stays. More than 30 days before check-in: 100% refund of amounts paid for the reservation. Less than 30 days before check-in: The reservation is non-refundable. Cancellation deadlines are calculated based on the property's scheduled check-in time on the arrival date. Early Departures and Unused Nights: No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, early departures, or unused nights after the reservation has begun. Reservation Changes: Requests to change reservation dates are subject to availability and approval. A change of dates does not waive the cancellation policy. The cancellation policy applicable to the original reservation dates may apply if a date change is requested and subsequently cancelled. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that guests purchase appropriate travel insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances that may affect their travel plans.
