❤ The Capitol Piano House consists of two separate units.
❤ Guests shall not open the rear door (located in Bedroom #4) of the lower level unit.
❤ The living rooms and Bedroom #1 face a busy street so there will be some noises from the street. Bedroom #1 has two layers of soundproofing glasses which significantly reduce the noises. We also prepared white noise machine for guest's use.
❤ No off-street parking available and only street parking available.
❤ A gas station with a convenience store is across the street. The gas station provides parking for a fee. The convenience store has food, beverages, and snacks.
❤ Check-in instructions will be sent one day prior to arrival.

The interior was spotless and arranged for comfort. It had practical touches, such as fresh towels, a full set of utensils, quality coffee, and a selection of spices. It made the space feel like a welcoming home. While the house is on a busy street, noise was minimal and did not disrupt our stay. There’s no street parking, but Joanna’s recommendation to lease a spot at the gas station across the street was a great convenient solution. Joanna provided detailed and precise instructions ahead of time and reached out a couple of times to ensure we had everything we needed. Her attentiveness was highly appreciated. I’m not a frequent Airbnb user, but I’ve traveled extensively around the world to understand what excellent hospitality looks like. Joanna’s Place represents that standard: a flawless stay and a host who clearly cares.
