Joanna is an excellent host who is on top of every detail; she clearly cares about ensuring her guests have a wonderful time. She is efficient and a proactive communicator. The house is located in one of the best neighborhoods in DC, with a layout that is ideal for groups or families. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and family room for gathering, and the bedrooms were comfortable for everyone. We are already planning our next visit and will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at Joanna's beach front rental! The house was exactly as depicted, clean, and the location was perfect with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The owner, Joanna, was very communicative and responsive, making the check-in process/stay a breeze. We highly recommend this property and would definitely rent from her again.

Had a lovely stay at Joanna’s place for Christmas with my whole family. We fit three families into the house and it was great to be together under one roof. Love DuPont circle area, and lots to do nearby. Joanna was very responsive when we had any questions or issues.
